Ethan Thoms

With deep roots in central Pennsylvania's farming community, I bring a lifetime of experience in agriculture, land stewardship, and outdoor life to my work in real estate. Raised on a working farm, I developed a strong foundation in ranching and draft horse training, competing in horse shows across North America from an early age. I pursued my passion for conservation by earning a degree in Parks and Resource Management and went on to serve as a park ranger at both the state and federal levels. This background provides me with a practical understanding of land management, public lands, and the unique considerations that come with rural and recreational properties. After spending time on Colorado's Western Slope, I met my wife Megan, a New Mexico native from one of the oldest families in the Moreno Valley. Now living in the Rocky Mountain region with our young son, we enjoy a lifestyle centered around hunting, fishing, and the wide range of outdoor recreation the area offers. I'm proud to help clients navigate real estate in a place I deeply respect and call home.
