Dan Savoca

I have been a Western Colorado resident since 2000, and first got my real estate license in Arizona in 1981. I have been a real estate investor and especially enjoy remodeling homes. My specialty is rural properties, whether buying or selling. I am familiar with the unique value of homes on acreage, and bring an experienced perspective to this area of the market, having owned and operated small family farms on acreage since 1992. My wife Lyda and I have been married for 30 years and have 5 children, ages 15 to 29.
