Amy Smith

The daughter of a third generation rancher and a long time Wyoming resident, Amy Smith brings a wealth of experience marketing residential and ranch properties. She has developed a well-regarded reputation over the last ten years with over $144 million in sales of residential and ranch properties. Amy began her working career as a teacher after earning her BA in Elementary Education from the University of Wyoming. She taught elementary school for thirteen years in Wyoming and Colorado and over the course of those thirteen years learned the value of being organized. In 2006 Amy began her real estate career working for ERA Advantage Real Estate and Prudential Volk Real Estate before landing at #1 Properties where she currently works. Amy has a well-rounded approach to facilitating smooth buyer and seller transactions.
