The landmark Snell Building became the main feature in Hagman Architect's 2004 redevelopment and has been designated as a historic landmark by the Town of Basalt. Artful lofty interior, warm wood flooring, authentic old world brick, plus a delightful patio, this is everybody's favorite downtown coffee shop. The building has one tenant, Confluence Café, formerly Saxy's Café.
